The roadmap
Four rungs to the ground.
The plan is a ladder: each rung of events pays for the next and recruits the people who make it possible. Small shows fund bigger shows. Bigger shows buy the ground. No rung gets skipped.
The flywheel
Every event does three jobs at once. It earns, at least breaking even, with surplus set aside for the next rung. It grows the list, email capture at the door, a membership table at every show. And it trains the crew, the crew who run rung one are the leads who run rung two. Turn the wheel enough times and the co-op has the audience, the track record, and the reserve the grounds campaign needs.
House-scale
DIY shows, park meetups, brewery takeovers, 50 to 150 people. Cheap to run and impossible to fake: either people show up or they don't.
What it funds: the float for the first ticketed shows. How you help: Street Team, poster runs, bringing three friends.
Club-scale
Ticketed shows at partner venues, 200 to 500 people. The first press moment, the first real budget, and a membership table at every door.
What it funds: production gear, marketing, and the flagship reserve. How you help: booking, sound, photography, vendor wrangling.
Flagship OurFest
A one-day festival, a thousand-plus people, produced top to bottom by the co-op. The moment Denver sees that community ownership throws a better party.
What it funds: the land reserve, seriously for the first time. How you help: every one of the 27 roles, at full tilt.
The grounds
Festival grounds owned by the members and stewarded for community use, a permanent home the scene can't be priced out of.
How it gets funded: the right way. The campaign is structured before it opens, the numbers stay public, and membership is never pitched as a way to profit from the land. It's a mission, not an investment.
Where we are now
Rung one. The co-op is registered, membership is open, the first house-scale events are being booked, and this list is the launch audience. The fastest way to move the ladder is the form below, and if you want to do more than watch, anyone can build the night.

One form, whole movement. Email is all we need. The rest is optional.
