What we collect

Your email address when you vote, sign up, buy a ticket or join. We confirm votes with a code sent to that email.
Your name, Instagram handle and anything you choose to type into a form, like a bio, rate or links for your act page.
Messages you send us by email or Instagram direct message, so we can read and answer them.
Payment details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Basic site logs (pages visited, browser type) to keep the site working and secure.

To count votes, run our shows, send tickets and member notices, and answer you.
To keep one record per person so votes stay one per email.
Our tools, including AI assistants that help us read and draft messages, process this information only to run OurFest. A person at OurFest approves every message before it is sent.

We do not sell or rent your information.
We do not share it except with the services that run OurFest (hosting, email, payments), and only what they need.

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at hello@ourfest.co. We answer within 30 days.
To remove Instagram messages we hold, email us with your handle and we delete them from our records.
